Hi, am 32 years old. A mother of 2 kids. I stand 5 feet and 1 inch tall. I weigh 165 pounds. Please advise on how to lose weight? Is slimming tea a great help? How about pearl white capsule?

You change your diet.
A diet that has been very effective is the South Beach diet.
Herbal supplements are effective for many things but they are a drug and you should know all of the side effects before you use them.
Do not use any supplement without knowing potential drug interactions.

Make sure you are intaking enough protein because it helps burn fat. Too much animal base protein is hard on the body so try a soy or guey base protein powder that is low calorie and low carb. It is specially important to start your day with protein as it helps release a hormone called glucagon which helps you body metabolize carbohydrates.
Try to drink 80 oz. of water daily plus 8 oz more for every 25 pounds you want to loose. Try not to eat high carb foods including fruit, too close to bedtime as you need to burn them off through your day. I hope this info helps it does for all of the patients of the weight loss clinic I work for.

Eat Less, Exercise More.

While I say that a bit in jest, its true. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. 3500 calories per pound you want to lose to be exact. So keep your diet around 1500 calories a day and exercise 3-500 calories worth (about an hour of good exercise, 4 days a week usually does it ) every other day and you will shave off a HEALTHY 1-2 pounds a week.

And the best part is that its simple... no drugs, no special teas or other crap that may or may not work...
