IN march 09 I was sentenced to a 364mpi with 5 yrs probation... I was already on 2 yrs probation and never reported caught a new superior case in Aug 08 and this was the result.
But now I was out on bail for the new charge and there was no sticker on the vop... and I got locked up for a municipal cds para charge a few weeks prior to my court cases in superior.
So after I got sentenced 2weeks later I went to video ct.for the municipal charge got a fine and in a few days my name was called bag and baggage!?
I thought I got over and by most standards I guess I did but I was afraid to report and didn't.. she sent a notice to my parents house in may or June.. in June I got locked up for poss.. it got downgraded to municiple I bailed out never went to court in Aug got picked up in trenton on that warrant did 45days went to video court got time served.
Last week I went in to see my PO.. she said I got a VOP hearing it on the 19th of Nov 09... Its a VOP for the non reporting...
MY thing is this is judge Council going to lock me up on that day.. he might see the new municipal charge most likely someone will bring it up.. and what if he says what ever happened to the 364 I gave you... now *Note I did have 369day jail credit and rosado credits accumulated from the 364 I did in 07 for the initial 2yrs probatin... did I some how get time served because of that if so I don't think that was the judges intentions at time of sentencing... can some one please give me something I'm stressed out over all this...

Hello j:

I can't tell you what's going on... It appears you have a lot of cases that haven't been addressed yet. You've apparently skated on a lot of stuff. But if you're asking about whether that will continue, I don't think so. I think it's all going to catch up to you some time or other...

If you want to unwind it, you need to tell the story you told us, to a lawyer who can go to each court, and get these things handled. If you want to wait till the state unwinds it, it's going to be a lot worse.

Why did they report to your parents? Is that your residence? If u can get the $$ together, get a good criminal lawyer. They can get a lot more reduced than you can especially if they are well connected. Most lawyers who know the DA in that court just go in , say what's up, how's your kids, can you drop/reduce these charges? And they do. Find a lawyer!
