Get an attorney. If you are not on the birth certificate and you made no attempt to get a court order establishing paternity you have n o rights. Mother can just up and leave.

You need an attorney to explain what your rights and options are. IF you can prove paternity via DNA testing and can show that you functioned as a father to this child. You may be able to get visitation. But there are not enough details in your post for us to say either way.

And I think your time would be better spent giving the details to your attorney and not us.
