Hi, ashwin714!
It's not hard to do and doesn't have to be long. The important thing is that you're leaving an impression in the mind of the guest that your hotel might be a place that they'll like to stay at in the future.
Example:
Dear (Name),
Thank you for your recent stay at our hotel. We hope that your stay was pleasant and that our accommodations and services were acceptable to you. Please let us know if there's any ways that we might make improvements in the accommodations and services for our guests.
Thank you, kindly!

I stayed at a inn that had a guest book in the room. I really liked that idea. Come to think of it, I probably wouldn't have taken the time, post vacation stay, to give feedback. But this book beconed me to write what I thought of my stay. Just a thought.

I recently had a company stay at our hotel and I would like to personally thank them for choosing us. How would I address this letter.

Hi, mother196962!
This is the thread of someone else. Also, this place doesn't work the same way that a chat room does. New questions that aren't in some way and answer to the very first post at the top of the page need to be asked by starting a new thread.
Concerning your question - Did you read the information that's already been given on this thread?
Thanks!

The only thing bad about a Book is that most guests do not leave their entire address!

Individual Registration Forms are the BEST way of information to send a THANK YOU CARD! Plus, handwrite them, its more personable and sincere!
