I am looking for a movie that was made in the 80's I think. I can only remember a few scenes but it's about this young woman who believes her neighbors are into witchcraft. One of the scenes I remember is this woman is looking out the window of her house and she see's an old man in one of the windows in the house next door and he is motioning for her to come over. I believe he may have been in a bedroom sitting in a rocking chair by the window. And another scene is there is a steak in the basement of a building or house where people were burned.
