I have applied for OPT extension and got rejected and also my OPT expired so can anyone tell me what options are available for me?

Why did you get denied? What did your denial notice state. If your current 12 month OPT is expired, there is not much you can do unless the reason you got denied was due to missing documents or something of that regard. You want to elaborate?
