SO I am looking to conceive. I have a very regular cycle at 30 days. I started on sept 1st and Oct 1st. My fiancé can only come in for one night as he is on a business trip this month. My fertility charts say I will be ovulating on the 17th. Would it be safe to say he should come in on the 16th? I am also on cabergloline due to a pituitary gland tumor. They say that regulated my ovulation and makes me very fertile... :D

Fertility charts on the Internet are guess work. To truly know when you are fertile, OPK's are the easiest way to try and determine your fertile window.
