Is it giving you a code? Goodman has a diagnostic light. Are you sure you have a call for heat from the thermostat? Are you sure you have 120 volts to the furnace?

Okay, you say this is a new furnace, never been used,, do you mean it was never fired after installation? Lots of things that could be going on here, Are you sure you have power to furnace? Is thermostat calling for heat? Was this furnace professionally installed? If so, call back the installer and have them find and fix the problem. IF you installed this furnace yourself, we will try to help you out. If you are thinking it is the draft inducer, check for 120v to motor when thermostat is calling for heat. Hope this helps.
If this is indeed a brand new furnace, the problem is likely an easy fix.
