There is no oil in the new compressor, I am wondering if this should be added prior to installation. Also can the car be driven if the ac is not used. I cannot do the ac system evacuate and re-charge myself. Do the condensors need to be replaced as well?

This is the ideal time to add refrigerant oil to the Suction Port of the compressor, after emptying all old oil. Research how much should be added for your car. Afterwards, replace the plug. The link below may help, even though it's not exactly for your car. Enough of the steps are similar:

On your car, you should replace the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV). You only need to replace the condenser coil, if it has a leak. The TXV takes the place of the orifice tube in domestic cars.
