Evening, The UK immigration office is stating that your husband is a student, as such he does not work or have full time work. Full time work is required to show he can support both of you. In addition they also state they cannot see any arrangements for housing the both of you. Simply showing them an agreement between your husband and his landlord is not the same as having an agreement between both of you and the landlord. A sponsor is somebody who can demonstrate financial means of supoorting you while you live in this country. Hope this helps. Phalnx

The only person allowed under Immigration Rules to sponsor you is your Spouse, no third party sponsorship is allowed.
You do not give any information on how you plan to support yourself whilst in the UK and your husband clearly cannot support you given his financial situation.
Am sorry but your application is very flawed and inconsistent.
