I posted something about this the other day and haven't gotten much feedback so I thought I would try again.
I have three children with my ex wife and since the divorce six years ago she keeps them from me by changing the phone number every time I get it and calling the cops on me if I go to the house and knock for them.
I don't have money for a lawyer but my visitation is supposed to be every other weekend.
What can I do to enforce this when I don't have funds to fight her in court? Does anyone know? Please I am desperate to be with my children and I have two others that need to know their brothers and sister.:(

Like I posted this morning:

You don't need a lawyer. Go to the family courthouse and inform them you would like the court to enforce the visitation order. They will likely give her a warning about it the first time but subsequently if she violates the court order she will be found in contempt of court and possibly jailed.

You already got advice. Have you even tried it yet?
It's against the rules to keep re-posting the same question.

I am in exactly the same situation as you.I feel for you.I have a court order in place that has been broken.I cannot afford to go back to court and she knows it.what do I do?I am at a complete loss.it took me three years to get the order in place.surely there must be some way I can get it enforced.I live in the uk.if I take the order to the actual court house will they enforce it or do I have to find the money and get a solicitor to do it?any advice out there?
