Hay guys I'm 21 and my biological father left the day I was born. He has only paid about $450 in the past 21 years. Now that I'm old enough to take all legal standing to get my money I hear from job and family services that he is disabled and there is no money to take and nothing I can do about it. I looked at the 2009 revised laws and there is nothing that says he gets a free get out of child support free card. I need help finding what I can get him on.

The child support he was to pay was to your mom, wasn't it? What did she do in the last 21 years to get him to pay up? For you I think in the past 22 years the staute of limitations has run out so it is a bit like he does get that free card. Sorry I wish I had better news. Have you spoke with an attorney yet?

It was up to your mother to file for child support after you were born. If she did not, then there is no order to enforce. Even so, the money goes to her not you. You have no legal standing to go after him for anything.

You have absolutely no legal standing to get money from your father. Child support is for the custodial parent to raise the child. Only your mother could have gone to court to get an order for support and then have that order enforced. He owes you nothing. I know that can be rough to hear but no, he owes you no money what so ever.

You have no legal standing here - as others have said.
Was there a Court Order that he was to pay support and he ignored it? If so, what did your mother do to try to collect?
