I opened up credit cards while I was on ssi had someone helping pay that bill they can no longer help me so I couldn't make payments with just an income from ssi and having rent and utililities and 3 year old to support the creditor threatened me today that I never stated that on the credit card application and they said I lied and said I had a job, when I applied it only asked my annually income and I assumed ssi is an income like a job so I filled out tat application using ssi as work income because it doesn't ask if you are on ssi can I get in trouble for that?

I don't see what they think you lied about. They asked your annual income; you provided it. Did you actually fabricate any part of the application?
However, what you should do now is try to arrange some type of payment agreement with the creditor before they take it to court.
