I was taking my ex to court to revise visitation to supervised visitation, he never showed up because he was running from the law so the court ruled in my favor. But then my ex's father ( the grandfather of my daughter) stepped in and tried to fight for visitation, he only wanted a few hours a month. My lawyer advised me it was my decision but that if I went into fight against it there was a chance the judge could giv ehim more hours then he requested, so me and the grandpa agreed on 5 hours on 2 saturdays a month. Now the grandpa is wanting to fight me for regular visitation, which is full weekends and holidays. Can he win that? Or is it possible to have his visitation taken away completely?

Im so frustrated these people are unfit to be around her, when I was with my ex I witnessed his father hitting his wife. My ex was also abusive to me. Unfortunately I have no evidence against the grandpa.

Your lawyer know far more details than you can/should tell us here so listen to the attorney's advice. Judges are funny, half were in the bottom half of Law School so don't be too eager to get in front of one.

He can ask for it, but typically, grandparent rights run around 1 day a month. He will never get a full visitation schedule like you listed.
