I just started receiving disability. I'm 40,000 in arrears. Are they still going to deduct. $500 a month even tough I make no where near what I use to. The judge recently attached a 10% increase on the total sum even though he knew I waiting for disability. Please help

Unless the Judge has changed the Order, yes, you have to pay.
