Hello Kris:
I never heard of any. Nahhh, these people don't want money. They want to punish you and tell you how wrong you are. They can't do that if they take the money.

That sounds like bribery which will only get your probation revoked. The purpose of probation is to give you a chance to show rehabilitation without serving your full sentence in jail. Trying to "buy" your way out doesn't show rehabilitation to me.

Hey excon, why not punish them for as long as possible and charge them for it?

In some areas where you have private probation, this is normally for traffic tickets or minor city citations, People who can't afford to pay the fine on court day are put on probation. This is a great racket, the private probation companies charge a fee of about 30 dollars a month for their fee, and then anything above that is paid on the fine.
In those cases normally you can pay out the probation, all of their fees plus the fine.
But on most criminal cases though state probation, I have never heard of buying it out, since the idea is that you are suppose to be watched to be sure you do not comment another crime.
