I thought for the longest time it as hush Hush sweet charlotte with Bette Davis.
I know it's a well known movie. It's black and white, and there's this crazy woman taking care of this old woman in a wheel chair. Anyway, she terrorizes the old woman and never lets anyone catch on to how miserable the old woman is.
