Yes I'm being sued for about 10,000 in credit card account plus interest at 24.75 interest since may 2009 plus attorney fees at 100 per hour already at 600

Well, as long as the dollar amount is less than $10,000 then they can sue you in small claims. The attorneys fee and court costs will push it over that amount, but that has to be awarded by the judge in the hearing; it isn't included in the amount that you're being sued for unless the judge grants it to the plaintiff.

They stated they were being sued for attorney fees.
What does their exact location have to do with answering their question?

My question is, why are you posting in this thread? Do you have advice? Are you looking for advice, even though you already started a thread of your own?

You are consistently rude without reason - again I am an expert on this board. Please stop attempting to direct who can answer your questions and in what manner.
