Hey. I'm new to this forum and thank you for having me. There was this one cartoon movie I used to always watch when they showed it on Nickelodeon. It was this dark and gloomy island with tall gray rock cliffs and caves and stuff. There was a little boy (I think) and he was with all of these broken and abandoned toys (a hobby horse, a jack in the box, a doll, a toy soldier etc.) and they are all broken and abandoned. There is also this evil character who is like a red witch, or wizard or something like that that is also an abandoned toy and he is on wheels and he zips around all over the island terrorizing the rest of the toys and he has this weird shrill/shriek/laugh thing. They end up defeating him at the end, but trying to remember what it is called is driving me nuts. This ring a bell for anyone?
