Hello, I am wondering if I have any rights to my daughter if I am not on birth certificate? If I have none. What can I do to get my name on there?

First, please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read Firstysticky on the top of the Children forum (where this was originally posted) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.
Had you checked out this forum as instructed, you would have found many similar threads. You probably would have already learned that if you are not on the birth certificate then you have to go to court to enforce your rights. You have to petition your local Family Court to acknowledge you as the legal father. This will mean a paternity test.
Once proclaimed the legal father you can then petition for visitation rights.

So when the child was born, have you filed to prove paternity, and with that, asked for viists ordered though the courts /

Depending on the state that you are in:
If you have the address of the mother, you could go to your child support office and open a case with them. They can assist you in paternity and child support order. With that you can then go to the courts for visitation.

I'm not understanding why the non custodial father would go to a child support office. It would be up to the custodial parent to apply for support. And she probably hasn't done that because it would mean acknowledging the OP as the legal father. So the OP needs to go straight to the court and petition to be named the legal father.

Both custodial and non custodial parents may apply for service through the state child support office, at lease in Georgia. The state has guidelines that will take into account both parents income and expense. Many non custodial parents apply for services and start the child support proceedures. Many non custodial parents want to do the right thing, make payment for support and the state can track the payments.
If you are trying to get the paternity established, the non custodial father can go to the child support office open a case and get a judge to order paternity testing. Paternity testing is generally less expensive to do through the state also. It is a way to get part of the court to name him as the father.
