Are you asking whether the Supreme Court is responsible for performing executive functions of the federal government? There are three main branches of the federal governemt:

1. Legislative branch (US Senate and House of Representatives and their agencies)
2. Executive branch (The President, cabinet, and associated agencies)
3. Judicial branch (the Supreme court and the Federal court system)

Of these three, which do you think is responsible for executive functions? You may want to see this site:
U.S. Federal Government: USA.gov (http://www.usa.gov/Agencies/federal.shtml)
