In india my husbands relation with me was fine but I had problem with my inlaws in india. He came to india and got me and my son to australia. He bought my son on Australian passport and I have indian passport.his behaviour towards me is not good. Whenever he had argument with me he takes knife in his hand .I am very scared of him. He hit me once on my face and I had bleeding in my nose.and once he put some acid into his mouth.I want to go back to india and take my son with me as I can't leave him with his father.he is frustrated man . My son is 14 months. I am here from last 4 months, and don't know the way to proceed.please advise me what should I do to get divorce but I want to keep my son with me. Should I go to india first and then divorce from there or should I divorce him here?please advise.
