I recently started keeping a voice diary because I find it much easier and faster than trying to write down everything that runs through my mind. But I am worried this may not be healthy. I feel like I am talking to myself and it scares me how comfortable talking to myself like that has become. Or is it just another way of venting like writing?

Hi, miss_me!
In my opinion, I think that it's healthier to be writing things down. If you listen to what you've recorded, and if you recorded something in the "heat" of the moment, as far as emotions are concerned, listening to what you've recorded might help you to relive what you might have been upset about at any given time.
To me, that might not be a good thing.
Thanks!

Keeping any kind of diary can be very therapeutic; as long as you aren't holding actual conversations with yourself, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
