Recently I upgraded my computer to Internet Explorer 8 and started having problems. So I went to add/remove programs to remove IE8 and go back to using IE7. Well when I went to open the browser, it kept getting hung up on the connecting screen. Then I got the error asking if I wanted to send the error report to Microsoft. After several unsuccessful attempts, I asked a computer tech at work what should I do and he said I had to download IE 7 onto my flash drive and then install it on my computer. Well I did that and I still can't get onto the Web. Can you help me? Any suggestions?

Try setting the defaults to see if that could help

In IE, click on tools, internet options, Adv. Tab
-scroll down to bottom and click 'Reset Defaults' and say OK

Close IE and re-open IE
