Hi, I have a particular question that is confusing involving hypothesis testing?

If h0 (null hypothesis) is NOT rejected a alpha=0.01, is it true that h0 will automatically be NOT rejected at alpha=0.05? And why?

I understand that if it is rejected then the other will automatically be rejected because 0.01 is a smaller rejection region than 0.05. However this question asks if it is NOT rejected.
