That's not the right question... Most prosecutors charge as much stuff as they can and hope something sticks. Plus, LOTS depends on exactly WHAT happened... EVEN a drug dealer can defend himself, if that's what happened.

I would venture to guess you would get charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree and it would be plead down to manslaughter. There probably would also be charges for possession with intent to sell and possibly trafficking and gun changes if those were appropriate.
