I would like to travel from Paris by train to one or two of the Shengen zone using the eurostar, my questions are:

- what is the nearest country to paris by train ?
- how long it will take in terms of Hours?
- what the nearest country to that nearest country?

Belgium is probably the nearest, but with TGV, you can travel to Italy or Germany or Switzerland or Spain fairly easily.
