My two year old has to get his 2 front teeth pulled,I don't want him to be toothless for a long time.can he have ceramic teeth at this age?:(

You don't have to worry. Why go through the expense when his second set will come in. To pay for false teeth would be ludicrous. At some point in time, children lose their first teeth anyway and have to wait for the second set.

They are probably being pulled so the second ones will come in straight, no ?

It won't cause him any problems at all to not have his 2 front teeth. My duaghter lost hers last year around her 5th birthday. She is going to be 6 tomorrow and her gums show no sign of letting new teeth through yet. But it hasn't caused any issues.
