I receive child support for my daughter. She is 15 years old the last time we went to court was 11 years ago and I decided that the less amount of money that I was suppose to get was OK because her father cried the blues of not having a lot of money. Well I applied for the cost of living and got a call from her father about it. I receive 100. A week.
Do I have the right to get this? And does he have a right to claim her on his taxes. We were never married and nothing is in my court paper about taxes. (it has been 11 years and he has received several bonus through his job. He has 1 older daughter and 1 younger daughter with other ladies.(the is married to the younger daughters mother)
