My daughter has decided to live with me in MD. Her mother has agreed. She is here with me now, in school and adjusting well!
While I do not want or need her mother to pay me child support, I would like the support I provide her to stop.
What are my options?

Your options are to go back to court and have the judge decide if it is to be stopped or not.

First and foremost you need to go to court for a custody change. At that time it can be decided about support matters.

Forget the money at this moment, the custody is the big issue, since the mother at any time if she has legal custody could demand the child back.
So you need to go and modify the orgainal agreement to give you physical custody of the child.
Along with that, you ask that your payments be stopped and normally ask for her to pay the proper amount of support.
Until you get the order changed, her merely living with you does not change any of the original orders and you will have to keep paying her support even with the child living with you until that order is changed.
