I am 15 and my right nipple is far larger and puffier looking than my left one.
Will it go back to being the right size??

Have you checked with a physician?

You are still developing and its not uncommon for each breast to develop at a different rate.
But it would be a good idea to talk to your pediatrician about it.

I've asked people about it, they've said it will pass in a few years??
But I thought id ask someone else's opinion

But have you asked your pediatrician? It is a medical fact that your breasts CAN develop at different rates. The likelihood is that this is a normal thing. But if its abnormal, an exam by your pediatrician can tell. Getting an opinion of a medical issue without an examination is foolish.
Again, the probability is very high that this is normal. But without an exam by a doctor you can't be 100% sure.

I have asked my doctor. She said it will pass over a few years like I have said and she said she thought it was normal. But I have had this large nipple for nearly 3 years now and it has not changed in size

Then get a second opinion. By the way, from your description its not only the nipple. The nipple is only the part at the tip of the breast. The nipple is at the center of the areola, which is the darker circular part at the point of the breast. Then there is the breast itself which protrudes from the chest.
Your description of "puffier" generally applies to the breast itself. This condition is also called tubular breasts where the breast develops in more of a thin tube than a rounded or conical shape. Eventually the breast fills out into the more common rounded or conical shapes.
If the breast doesn't develop more normally as you get older, its still not a cause for concern. Right now, the main problem would be finding bras that fit. You may have to use some additional padding for the smaller breast.

Uhh ooo I'm a guy so I'm not going to be getting any bras.
Does it make a difference in gender?

Umm Yeah, your being a guy does make a difference. So it really is just the nipple? Has anyone commented on it when you go swimming?

Yes people have asked why it is so much larger than the left one. And it's the entire nipple I don't know whether nipple refers to the round pointy part or the whole thing
