Me and my boyfriend have been having relationships with no protection almost a year next month will be a year and I haven't gotten pregnant:confused:
We're ready to have a child but its weird that even though we have sex when I have my pierod nothing happens...
Could it be that I really can't have kids:confused:

Possibly... or it could be somethinh wrong with him. The only way to determined that is if you get checked out by a doctor.

You aren't fertile when you are on your period... that could be why you aren't getting pregnant.

The only way to find out is to schedule a pre-conception appointment with your OB/GYN. He or she will talk to you about how to get pregnant and find out if either of you have fertility issues.

Since folic acid must be in your system before you conceive to prevent birth defects, I assume you're already taking prenatal vitamins, right?
