Early signs of pregnancy or illness?

Hello everyone!
I was diagnosed with a bad UTI infection 10 days ago. I had a significant amount of RBCs and leukocytes. I just finished up the antibiotics prescribed to me.
I am having some lower abdominal, stomach, and lower back pain (still).
My other half and I are sexually active and I am not on BC. I had a prior pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage in July. The fist symptom of the pregnancy was a head cold and exhaustion- both of which I have experienced this month. I felt my "symptoms of pregnancy" one week after conception.
My question is if anyone has any hunches or information on whether I am showing symptoms from the UTI or a pregnancy.
Thanks =]

Additional Details
I would also like to add that I have been having sharp breast pain on and off. My nipples are quite sensitive.
If pregnant, I would be at 3 weeks. This is to early to show on most HPTs. I will be returning to the doctor's for a follow up U/A and I will request my HCGs be read as well. Just wanted to hear from other people's perspectives and perhaps hear some personal experiences.

OTHER SIGNS

* My bp has been higher than normal lately. This is quite new for me. The only other time I have had high blood pressure was when I was pregnant the first time.
* I had a tiny pink trace in my vaginal discharge on the 18th -sorry if that's tmi-
* My temp has been higher.
* I HAVE BEEN CRABBBBYYY!
* Some nausea.
* Lots of hunger. Its strange because I will start eating and immediately want to stop because I will feel like puking.
* Gagged at raw hamburger.
* Belly feels full and heavy.

some small vaginal cramping? Not sure what that means...

Hello,
Well, with my experience and having two kids of my own... always remember every pregnancy is different. Now it depends how sever the infection was and what I feel the hunch you have that you might be pregnant could be true... :~)
Well, if you not had you periods this month, try the pregnancy check... I recommend first response the best...
You have a lot of the same sympotms that I had when I had my daughter... :)nipples are quite sensitive in pregnancy but can be before periods too...
Will be glad if you get the good news! Good luck

I would rather address your symptoms of stomach and back pain and the fact that you have been taking antibiotics for UTI. Could possibly have gone to your bladder and you most definitely do not want it in your kidneys ari_rose.

Brtiefly with your symptoms of pregnancy and as amzz stated, every one is different, but... if you think you are only three weeks, some symptoms you describe would not be happening that early.

Talk to your doctor about your UTI again and your back pain, stomach pain, which could be a result of your UTI going further and possibly effecting our kidneys.

Hi,
I would suggest you to do a pregnancy test , if it comes negative then you hould see your gp and if its positive then enjoy every moment of your pregnancy

Hi thank you all for your responses. I would like to add that in my first pregnancy, I felt the signs right away. I knew before two pink lines showed up. :) Tickle, I am very concerned that the "signs" I am feeling are really symptoms from the UTI if it has moved up to the kidneys.

Ari, then you must by all accounts get to the doctor as soon as you possibly can. Just by taking antibiotics for a UTI (dont know how long you had it) which is a very uncomfortable condition for a woman, doesn't necessarily mean it is gone and as you said, you don't think so. They do progress untreated to the bladder and to the kidneys.
