I have a Craftsman riding mower with Briggs & Straton engine. When I try to start it, the starter will turn the engine one revolution and then stop. The gear on the starter will not drop down. I can cause it to drop by turning the motor by hand. I try to start again with same results. Starter will not turn and all I hear is a click when key is turned. Click sounds like solonoid.
