Hi, I am currently an Undergraduate Student at the University of Waterloo, and I am not too sure on the time length of the programs, but I heard that it supposedly takes 4 years to finish an Undergraduate degree, in my case a BA.
However, I do not want to get just a BA. I am trying to go for a triple Major, in English, Criminology, and Sociology. I want to be able to get a PHD in one of these topics, mostly Sociology.
However, I've also heard that it takes an additional 2-3 years for a PHD. Now here comes my biggest problem: I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME NOR MONEY TO STAY IN UNIVERSITY FOR THIS LONG. I cannot, I just can't. Is there any way I can switch out of my Undergraduate program, and get started on my Graduate and Master's for next year? Or do I have to complete this Undergraduate degree first? Thanks so much for the time and effort.

Most take about 5 years to finish unless you are going summers also.
Triple major, add another year or maybe two.

After that you have to do a masters before you do a PhD, so add at least another 5 years to that.
