Is there any software to build wap site without wml knowledge

Several places have information, such as:

Which has multiple treatises, or

Which has a tutorial, but the best is probably:
WAP/WML - Essential Links to WAP/WML (http://www.el.com/elinks/wap/)
Which does list some tools.
