I wanted to know about a federal thing about helping convicted felons to get enployment with jobs that turn you down because of your felony,I heard that they will bond you and pay the company half your pay,is there anything to this?

Not that I know of. No. I am aware of some State programs which will help felons obtain employment but I've never heard of any such program on a Federal level.
