If someone challenges you, yes, it very well might. Depends on how much time the child is losing from school as well as all other behavior of the parent.

Depends. If it is short term (like a few days here and there) maybe in a civil/custody matter. If its long term (like he wasn't enrolled) its not only unfit, but flat out illegal.

What is the not so good reason ? They must have had something going on.
