I got on conditional discharge for a shoplifting and hypodermic needle offense & also finding drugs on me. I got a notice in the mail saying my conditional discharge is being revoked for either not paying fines or failing the first urine. Is the only outome jail or can he offer probation? I was real bad into drugs but now that I'm doing better getting a job and starting college soon this happens. Will the job and school thing maybe show him I'm making an effort? So stressed and court is next week someone please help! Thanks

What did your original paperwork say?

Also, what is your excuse for not paying the fines?

And what is your excuse for failing the urine test for drugs?

Starting school is fine and dandy, but I think the Judge is basically going to concentrate on the unpaid fines and the failed test.

What did your original paperwork state regarding what your punishment would be if you did not complete your "conditions" successfully?

Well I read over my paperwork and there isn't any punishments stated if I violated. And I failed my urine because I've been real bad on drugs for almost 6 years and I'm finally getting myself together now and am clean off everything. And my fines I haven't had a job and like I said before have been homeless and on drugs. But I'm going to a temp service tomorrow for a job so I'm hoping it works out before court so I can bring papers from there that I am trying to get a job. You know? Everythings so crazy! Thanks for actually answering my question, I didn't think anyone would lol
