My mother has Diabetes and I recently learned that taking 1/8 tsp Cinnamon daily with help regulate the blood sugar. Also, a SUPER great product is Zymac from Standard Process. It is digestive enzymes, which you really need to take as I am sure you know.

Cinnamon is helpful as well as a number of other things. If your pancreas is still working you will want to try Gysemna to get it regenerated. A tea made with red sumac berries (Indian Lemonade), blueberry leaves and queen annes lace is most effective. You will need to monitor your sugar levels and drink only 1/4 cup to begin with until you know how it'll effect you. Heavy doses of vit C has been shown to be effective also. There are other things like bitter melon, goldenseal and parsley. Hope this helps. If you need anything you can't find email me. Gina
