Any thoughts out there on these push on type connectors?

You talking about these, right? I've never tried them but if they work anything like the stab-in receptacles that were popular a while back, I don't want any part of them.

The only place I see them is in lighting fixtures for ballasts wiring here in the northeast, they may be a regional fad for line voltage.

They are exactly the stab in like omzig refers to. I would hope they are less prone to loosening, but I won't use them.

Wago connectors are brilliant - I use them all of the time. The only safe way to work on live circuits is my humble opinion.

This post is almost 3 years old, but your opinion is welcome.

Please refrain from answering posts older than a few months.

However, in an effort to educate those that are not in the trade, working on live circuits is not allowed, per the NFPA 70E, without the proper personal protection gear, unless a Hot Work Permit has been issued and signed off by the facility owner or agent.
