I need to know if there is anything that can be done. Our Jeep was repo'ed the bank Chase Auto would not let us sell it. The loan was $7500 the value is $7500.. they sold it for $1000?? And Over $6000 is due? Who in their right mind sells a delux Jeep for a thousand when the value and loan are $7500.. the tires are worth that much! I received NO proof that the Jeep was repo'ed and no statement from chase in months! This Jeep is a used auto and had recalls at purchase 2006. No one sent the recall notice we found out by the wheel falling off.. could have been killed.. the brakes never worked right after that and the Auto maker never paid everyone for the recalled repairs! Please Help! All this started with job loss and PA UC siding with employer!:mad:

Hello again, Broke:

Once you started over at the other thread, you should have kept your stuff there... I can't follow you all over the place...

You need to answer my question. Exactly HOW did the bank STOP you from selling your car?

I didn't talk to the bank my husband did.. he was told to wait two months and apply for a hardship.. then the rates were impossible to repay. We don't have a title either. I can't understand why this agency hired by the bank would tell me it can't be sold if the account was a charge off.. They would still get the money either way.. I did search and others were told they couldn't sell the auto either.. Here you can't find a lawyer unless you can fork out $175 a hour to start with! Thanks for your posts once again. Hey maybe they will take the house?? I should sell it but was told by the city I couldn't since the paper work is incomplete.. If this city is so broke why doesn't Mayor Nutter go after Ocwen and collect??

This is another thing that you're being told that makes no sense to me... If it's YOUR house YOU can sell it.
