I just had a baby girl a week ago and the alleged father wants nothing to do with her. He has stated that he wants a DNA test to prove paternity before he will even speak to me in regards to her, after the DNA testing is complete- Should the results come back that she is his daughter how do I go about getting him to sign over his paternal rights? I don't want child support and he has made it more than clear that he doesn't want to pay it nor does he want to be in my daughters life.

If you bothered to look at the sticky posts at the top of this forum, you would have had an answer to your question.
If you don't want support and don't want him in your lives, then just ignore him. You will not get a TPR unless you marry someone who agrees to adopt your daughter.
If you ever need to apply for public assistance, then they will require that the father be identified and they will go after him for support.

If you don't want the child to receive the money that child has a right to, that is your choice.
You can not merely take his rights away, you can not ask for a DNA test and just let him walk away.
Assuming there is a reason for a DNA test would you not want to know who the father really is

Screw that.
You're trying to cheat your daughter out of knowing who her father is because YOU are bitter with this man.
Get a paternity test, go after his a$$ for child support, and deal with the fact that you slept with a loser and got pregnant from it. YOU made some choices (like getting pregnant in the first place) and now YOU should live with those choices---and NOT screw your daughter out of child support money because you're bitter and ticked off at the guy.
