Hi, I am having a problem with my honda civic starting. I just replaced the clutch in my car, and put it all back together, and I am pretty sure I did it correctly. But when I tried to start it after I was finished putting it in, my car would not start. I assumed a few possible reasons, so I trouble shot a few of them. I checked to see if it was getting gas, it is, the engine is getting spark from all of the spark plugs, and they are in the right firing order! I checked the fuses, and still the problem persists. I made sure all the wires were plugged back in from putting my clutch plate in, they are. Still did not work. I removed the starter, and checked that, that's not the problem. I suppose it could be that the starter may not be making contact with the fly wheel, but the fly wheel did not have a pin in it for placement, so I doubt it being off just a bit would prevent it from starting. Checked spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, and I do not know what to do next really. Need help asap! Getting very frustrated! Lol

Thank you for your help, I did trouble shoot a few things that you offered, yet none of them were the problem. Everything was working fine! It had been sitting for a while, so my guess was the battery needed more power, and the engine was flooded. And sure enough, we jump started it, it took a few tries, and kept it going, and sure enough that's what it was. But thank you for your help. I will keep this site in mind for other problems that mite arrive later! Lol. Thanks, sean.
