I reside in and am a legal resident of PA but I am considering taking a job in NJ. What, if any, additional tax liabilities am I facing from NJ? And if there are any, is there a reciprocal agreement w/ PA so I don't have to pay both states?

There is a reciprocal agreement between PA and NJ on state income tax, so your employer should withhold PA taxes even though you are working in NJ. Be sure to talk to the payroll department so they don't mess this up. You will also have NJ unemployment and disability tax withheld.

Thanks for the comeback. So NJ employer would withhold PA income tax and NJ SUI & disability? I n other words, no additional/double taxes?
