Sometimes (usually in the evening) I get heart pains. It feels like heartburn but without the burning like something is squeezing the inside of my upper chest and it spreads throughout my right arm. It doesn't necessarily hurt to breath but it hurts to talk and sometimes move. It started a few years ago and I got it about once a month, so I never really thought of it, but in the past month or so it's been happening sometimes 10+ times a night... Anyone know? Any advice?

It could be something as simple is GERD or something much more serious. Please make an appt with your doctor ASAP
