The water dispensor in my Kenmore Elite model #596.76603600 keeps freezing as do the fruits and vegetables. The fan in the top center of the fridge seems to be blowing, but I don't know how hard it should be blowing and I don't know how to get the cover off to check it. I have cleaned the coils under the fridge. I turned the fridge up from 38 to 40. None of this helped. I can thaw the dispencer line with a hairdryer, but it refreezes after about a day. Have had the fridge half full to mostly full with no change. Tried moving things around to promote good circulation, no good.
