As a woman, If I marry a man with children who is currently under a child support order, do I have to pay support for his kids? We live in the state of Ohio.

They can not take your money. They can, I believe, factor your money in as household income and possibly raise the amount he has to pay. Your income may not make a big enough change to put him into a higher bracket though.
