I would be happy if someone could really help me with the translation bcos the altavista /google doesn't help me man they just give literal translations so I need someone to traslate it manually

There are some freebie online translators out there (www.systransoft.com and www.freetranslation.com are the ones I use) but they are not good for complex things like what you've got.

Unless a portuguese speaking person here can help, you might try a local college language department to see if someone there might help you with it.
