I assume you mean veterinarian but I don't know what you mean by "how can I get a veterans contact." Look in the phone book for starters.

They are too young for cat food. They should be nursing.

Caring for newborn kittens takes time and patience. Are you certain they are abandoned? If you move them or take them inside and the mother comes back she will not be able to find them.
